I like this version better than the second. I'm just saying that because of the ambient sound. It's very relaxing and just sounds cool. My favorite boss from Megaman 4, and now my favorite remix!

It sounds nice, but I think you need a better choice of instruments. I'm not sure the electric guitar fits well with the Brawl theme. It still sounds good, but I think it also needs work.
